Group Stage | Dec 10 – 11

The opening phase features 12 teams divided into two groups of six via a random draw.

• Format: Double Round-Robin (Best-of-1 matches).
• Scoring: 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw, and 0 for a loss.
• Advancement: The top 4 teams from each group (8 total) qualify for the Playoffs.

Playoffs | Dec 12 – 13

The final stage follows a Single Elimination bracket to determine the champion.

• Match Structure: Each tie is played over two legs, with the winner decided by the aggregate score.
• Tie-Breakers:
• The "Away Goals Rule" is not in effect.
• In the event of an aggregate tie, a Golden Goal match will be played.
• If the Golden Goal match is scoreless after 90 minutes, it proceeds to Golden Goal Extra Time and, if necessary, a Penalty Shoot-out.
