PGL Major Singapore 2026 — Tournament Format

Stage 1

• Format: 16-Team Swiss System.
• Match Structure: * Elimination and Advancement matches are Best-of-3 (Bo3).
• All other matches are Best-of-1 (Bo1).
• Progression: The Top 8 teams proceed to Stage 2, while the bottom 8 teams are eliminated.

Stage 2

• Format: 16-Team Swiss System.
• Match Structure: * Elimination and Advancement matches are Best-of-3 (Bo3).
• All other matches are Best-of-1 (Bo1).
• Progression: The Top 8 teams proceed to Stage 3, while the bottom 8 teams are eliminated.

Stage 3

• Format: 16-Team Swiss System.
• Match Structure: * Elimination and Advancement matches are Best-of-3 (Bo3).
• All other matches are Best-of-1 (Bo1).
• Progression: The Top 8 teams proceed to the Playoffs, while the bottom 8 teams are eliminated.

Playoffs (December 10th - 13th, 2026)

• Bracket: Single-Elimination bracket.
• Match Structure: All playoff matches (excluding the Grand Final) are Best-of-3 (Bo3).
• Grand Final: The ultimate showdown is a Best-of-5 (Bo5) series.
