1. Structure & Brackets

• Upper Bracket (UB): Often called the Winners Bracket. Teams/players start here. If they win, they advance; if they lose, they drop down to the Lower Bracket.

• Lower Bracket (LB): Often called the Losers Bracket. Teams/players here get a second chance. If they lose a match here, they are completely eliminated from the tournament.

2. Tournament Stages (As shown in the image)

• UB Semifinals: The initial matches in the final stage for the upper bracket.

• LB Round 1 & LB Quarterfinals: Early rounds for players fighting to stay alive in the tournament after dropping from the upper bracket.

• LB Semifinal & Lower Bracket Final: Deciding matches to see who will face the Upper Bracket champion.

• Upper Bracket Final: The match between the last two undefeated players (in this case, GO1 vs. Lokof).

• Grand Final: The ultimate match of the tournament where the winner of the Upper Bracket (GO1) faces the winner of the Lower Bracket (Lokof).

3. Match Format (Scoring)

• The system uses a Best of 5 (Bo5) format for these stages, meaning the first player to win 3 games wins the overall match (as seen in the scores like 3-0, 3-2, and 3-1).
