Group Stage (August 4th – 5th, 2022)

The opening stage of the tournament was designed to thoroughly test team depth while instantly cutting the competitive field in half over two days.

  • Format: The 8 participating teams were split into two groups of 4. Each group operated as an independent Double-Elimination Bracket.

  • Match Style: To ensure competitive balance, every single match within the groups was played as a Best-of-3 (Bo3) series.

  • Advancement: The top 2 teams from each group—4 teams in total—successfully survived the brackets and advanced to the Playoffs. The bottom 2 teams from each group were eliminated.

Playoffs (August 6th – 7th, 2022)

The final stage shifted into a live-audience weekend bracket where tactical errors resulted in immediate elimination.

  • Format: A high-stakes Single-Elimination Bracket consisting of Semifinals and the Grand Final.

  • Match Style (Semifinals): The semifinal matchups maintained the standard tournament pace, contested as Best-of-3 (Bo3) series.
