Group Stage

  • Dates: May 11th – 16th, 2021

  • Format: Single Round-Robin across two groups (originally intended for 10 teams per group; Group B concluded with 8 teams).

  • Match Rules: All matches are played in a Best-of-1 (Bo1) format.

  • Scoring System: A win awards 1 point; a defeat awards 0 points.

  • Playoff Advancement:

    • Top 4 teams from each group advance to the Upper Bracket of the Playoffs.

    • Group A Lower Bracket: Teams finishing 5th through 9th advance to the Lower Bracket.

    • Group B Lower Bracket: Teams finishing 5th through 7th advance to the Lower Bracket.

Playoffs

  • Dates: May 19th – 23rd, 2021

  • Format: Double-Elimination bracket.

  • Match Rules:

    • All matches (excluding the Grand Final) are played in a Best-of-3 (Bo3) format.

    • The Grand Final is played in a Best-of-5 (Bo5) format with unlimited overtime.

  • Grand Final Advantage: The winner of the Upper Bracket enters the Grand Final with a 1-map advantage.
