Double Elimination Stage (May 23–24, 2025)

• Double-elimination bracket format.

• Matches are Best-of-3 (Bo3) until the Top 192 teams, after which all matches transition to Best-of-5 (Bo5).

• The Top 24 teams advance to the Swiss Stage.

Swiss Stage (May 25, 2025)

• Features 32 teams split into two groups of 16.

• 16-team Swiss system format with all matches played as Best-of-5 (Bo5).

• The Top 8 teams from each group (16 teams total) advance to the Group Stage.

Group Stage (May 30, 2025)

• 16 teams divided into two GSL groups of 8.

• All matches are Best-of-5 (Bo5).

• The Top 4 teams from each group (8 teams total) qualify for the Playoffs.

Playoffs (May 31 – June 1, 2025)

• Utilizes the AFL Final Eight system.

• Top 4 teams from the Group Stage start with a upper-bracket advantage (two chances) prior to the Final Four, while teams ranked 5th–8th start in the lower bracket (one chance).

• All matches are Best-of-7 (Bo7).
