The Saudi eLeague CHALLENGER tournament for League of Legends (LoL) is the most important stop and the primary factory for talent in the Saudi esports scene. This tournament aims to bridge the gap between amateur and professional players, providing a high-level competitive platform for emerging teams.
Format
1. Winner Bracket (WB)
- All teams start here.
- If a team wins, they advance to the next round of the Winner Bracket.
- If a team loses, they are not eliminated; instead, they "drop" down into the Loser Bracket.
2. Loser Bracket (LB)
- This bracket consists of teams that have lost one match.
- The stakes are higher here: if a team loses in this bracket, they are permanently eliminated from the tournament.
- The winner of the "LB Final Round" earns a spot in the Grand Final.
3. Grand Final
- This is the ultimate match between the winner of the Winner Bracket and the winner of the Loser Bracket.
