The FIFAe World Cup 2024 for Rocket League is a historic moment in the world of esports, as the first edition of its kind was held in partnership with the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) and the game Rocket League, hosted in the capital Riyadh.
Format
Group Stage (December 5th – 6th)
- Structure: Two groups of eight teams, seeded randomly via a draw.
- Format: Double Round-Robin.
- Match Type: All matches are played as Bo2 (Best of 2).
- Scoring System:
- Win: 3 points
- Draw: 1 point
- Loss: 0 points
- Qualification: The top 4 teams from each group (8 teams total) advance to the Playoffs.
Playoffs (December 7th – 8th)
- Structure: Single Elimination Bracket.
- Match Type: All matches are played as Bo7 (Best of 7).
