Gauntlet Stage: 3rd-place teams swap groups. 4th plays 3rd, winner plays 2nd (Bo3). Top 1 per group to Deciders.

Decider Stage: Cross-group matchups between Group 1st places and Gauntlet winners (Bo3). The 2 winners qualify for the Main Stage.
