The FIFAe World Cup 2025 featuring Rocket League is one of the most prominent esports tournaments organized by FIFA, but this time it comes with a different theme that combines traditional football and the world of digital games through the game Rocket League.
Format
Group Stage | December 15th – 16th
The tournament begins with 16 teams split into two groups of eight, determined by a random seeding draw.
- Format: Double Round-Robin.
- Match Type: All matches are played as Bo2 (Best-of-2).
- Point System:
- 3 points for a win.
- 1 point for a draw.
- 0 points for a loss.
- Qualification: The top 4 teams from each group (8 teams total) advance to the Playoffs.
Playoffs | December 17th & 19th
The final stage features a high-intensity, Single Elimination bracket.
- Bracket Type: Single Elimination.
- Match Format: All matches are played as Bo7 (Best-of-7) to determine the winner.
