The Frosty Faustings XVIII (FFXVIII 2026) tournament is the eighteenth edition of one of the most prestigious and largest annual gatherings of the fighting game community (FGC) in the United States. The tournament is known for its professional community management and organization, attracting thousands of both professional and amateur players from all around the world.
Format
1. Structure & Brackets

Upper Bracket (UB): Often called the Winners Bracket. Teams/players start here. If they win, they advance; if they lose, they drop down to the Lower Bracket.

Lower Bracket (LB): Often called the Losers Bracket. Teams/players here get a second chance. If they lose a match here, they are completely eliminated from the tournament.

LB Round 1 & LB Quarterfinals: Early rounds for players fighting to stay alive in the tournament after dropping from the upper bracket.

Upper Bracket Final: The match between the last two undefeated players (in this case, GO1 vs. Lokof).
