The King Pro League Season Finals 2024 is the major concluding tournament and the highest for the game Honor of Kings in China for the year 2024. The tournament was held in-person organized by Tencent in Beijing, and it witnessed a huge audience, culminating in the crowning of the team AG Super Play as the champions after their victory over the team Wolves.

Format

Challenge Stage (Oct 2 – Oct 21, 2024 | Chengdu/Hangzhou)

  • Format: 12 teams split into two groups based on annual Circuit Points. They play a cross-group Single Round Robin (Bo5) with Global Ban/Pick.

    • Masters Group (1st–6th seeds): Top 4 advance to Knockout Stage; 5th & 6th drop to Breakout Stage.

    • Elite Group (7th–12th seeds): Winner advances to Knockout Stage; 2nd–5th drop to Breakout Stage; bottom team is eliminated.

  • "Masters Rotation" Rule: Masters Group teams must field every member of their 8-man roster during a Bo5. Upon reaching matchpoint, all players who haven't played yet must be subbed in.

  • Side Selection: Game 1 decided by coin flip; subsequent selections go to the loser of the previous game.

Breakout Stage (Oct 24 – Oct 26, 2024 | Hangzhou)

  • Format: 6 teams play a Single Elimination (Bo7) with Global Ban/Pick + Ultimate Battle.

  • Pairings: The 2 Masters teams and the Elite Group runner-up are seeded. Their opponents are determined by a random draw.

  • Advancement: The 3 winners advance to the Knockout Stage.

  • Side Selection: Game 1 granted to the seeded team; subsequent selections go to the loser of the previous game.

Knockout Stage (Oct 29 – Nov 10, 2024 | Changsha)

  • Format: 8-team Double Elimination bracket starting from the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals (determined by random draw).

  • Match Rules: All matches are Bo7 with Global Ban/Pick + Ultimate Battle.

  • Side Selection: Game 1 decided by coin flip; subsequent selections go to the loser of the previous game.

Grand Finals (Nov 16, 2024 | Beijing)

  • Format: Bo7 with Global Ban/Pick + Ultimate Battle.

  • Side Selection: Game 1 side selection is awarded to the Upper Bracket Finals winner; subsequent selections go to the loser of the previous game.
