Format

Double Elimination (Jan 9–10, 2026)

  • Format: Double-elimination bracket.

  • Matches: Bo3 until Top 192, then Bo5.

  • Advancement: Top 24 teams advance to Swiss Stage.

Swiss Stage (Jan 11, 2026)

  • Format: 32 teams split into two 16-team Swiss groups.

  • Matches: All Bo5.

  • Advancement: Top 8 teams per group (16 total) advance to Group Stage.

Group Stage (Jan 16, 2026)

  • Format: 16 teams split into two 8-team GSL groups.

  • Matches: All Bo5.

  • Advancement: Top 4 teams per group (8 total) advance to Playoffs.

Playoffs (Jan 17–18, 2026)

  • Format: AFL Final Eight system:

    • Seeds 1–4: Double chance prior to Final Four.

    • Seeds 5–8: Single chance (sudden death).

  • Matches: All Bo7.
